I joined Training On Limited in September 2013 as I was looking for the first – hand work experience which would allow me to apply my theoretical knowledge gained during the accounting studies in the accounting industry.
The training programme included: Sage 50 Accounts, Sage 50 Payroll, Company Formations, HMRC Registrations of taxes with HMRC such as, Corporation Tax, Self Employment, VAT and Payroll, Filing of Company Annual Return to Companies House, Filing of Self Assessment Return to HMRC, Day to day admin operations, data input and analysis on Excel spreadsheets. During this Training Programme I was closely supervised and received constructive feedback on my performance regularly. Completion of this programme allowed me to gain new skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the competitive job market. Just a few months after I completed the Training Programme I was offered a job, which I was looking for.

I am an Italian qualified accountant AAT, I have been working several years in Italy as accountant but when I moved to London I realised that for having the possibility to re-enter the accountancy job market I needed more training and I needed to learn the most used English software, if I wanted to be considered as candidate, like Sage 50 and Sage payroll. I have been so lucky to meet Super financial accountancy company, they provide very flexible trainings adapted to your time and day schedule. They are fully supportive during and after the trainings. I can say that I learnt payroll in one day and I have got the job thanks to them. I really don’t know how to say thank you to them, I am so happy in my new job now. Coming from a finance background, I found the course with TOL so helpful for increasing my skills and knowledge as I am looking for a job in accountancy profession. Practical knowledge is very different from academic knowledge and if I were not with TOL I wouldn’t be able to understand the difference. So I would recommend anybody who wants to progress in accountancy field to do training courses with TOL.

Having done my Masters in Finance and Business Management, have been working for the past six years in the retail industry and had good experienced, later on I wanted to change my career prospects and wanted to continue my Accountancy and Finance profession, so, I was looking for financial institutions where I can continue my career prospects. I found one which is Super Financial Limited, On joining TOL, all of my Trainers showed keen interest on every trainees and gave personal attention to each trainees and now I have got confidence to get a job in Accountancy and Finance sector. This institution give priorities to Sage50 company accounts and Sage 50 Payroll and also they cover up every sector in Finance and Accounts fields.
